All of our electric motors are equipped with an overheating power-breaker combined with an effect relay and 30A Amp fuses. This means that the motor will never overheat! Logosol electric saws use a Picco guide bar 40 cm (16") in length and a PMX thin chain. This combination creates a sawing groove that doesn’t exceed 6 mm (¼"). One of the advantages of the steady and uniform operation of the electric motor is that it there is less chain wear when compared to a gas-powered chain saw.

The high chain speed generated by the electric powered chainsaw requires that a consistent oiling system is utilized. Because of this, the E5000 is equipped with an efficient oil pump that feeds from a high capacity oil reservoir. The oil reservoir is transparent which allows an operator to see the oil level, thus ensuring that his saw will never run dry. The maximum allowable length of the guide bar is 90 cm (36").
