This LAKS frame saw was installed into an existing sawmill, primarily operating circular saw equipment. Having this alternative of saw increases overall capacity of the mill by 20% timber each day. Rapidly paying for the investment in this new saw.

The butt end of this Hoop Pine log (entering the mill) is 200mm high and approx 320mm wide. Feed rate 0.5m/min. Expected sawn output from the LAKS at this sawmill is 1m3 per hour or 5-10m3 per day depending on use pattern.
